User Information (Hereinafter referred to as "User")

Subject, Duration, Effective Date, and Fee Terms of the Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms for the User's subscription to the Leagle mobile application provided by Leagle, the use of services offered, payment of any charges arising during use, and the User's complete responsibility for technical errors that may occur during the application's development process.
The agreement is a one-time arrangement, effective upon the User’s subscription to the application and lasting until the User deletes their account.
This agreement is considered signed on the date the User subscribes to the Leagle mobile application, and the User’s account(s) are activated on this date.
This agreement is established for the trial version of the Leagle mobile application, during which no fees will be charged. If paid services are introduced during updates, the User agrees to pay the specified fee in the Leagle mobile application without any reservation, as indicated by signing this agreement.
Access to Leagle
Currently, access to the mobile-based Leagle is available through Google Play. Access from other application providers is currently not available. The User agrees to be aware of these access limitations as part of this agreement.
The User acknowledges and declares that the service provided by Leagle, especially in the trial version phase, is not guaranteed to be error-free, that its AI-based algorithm may not always yield accurate results, and that no warranties or guarantees are provided concerning the software created by Leagle in this Agreement.
The username and password required for the User to utilize Leagle are personal. The User agrees, declares, and undertakes that only they will use Leagle with the email address and password they created. If it is determined that the User's email address and password are used by third parties, the subscription will be immediately canceled, and access to Leagle will be disabled.
Leagle reserves the right to unilaterally change the usage, terms, and features of Leagle. Leagle also reserves the right to charge fees for any new features added to the application that are utilized by Users.
The User acknowledges and declares that Leagle is continuously working to improve its software and AI, that developments are ongoing, and that interruptions may occur during this process. Access to Leagle may be temporarily unavailable for updates, maintenance, repairs, or similar reasons, and service disruptions may occur. The User agrees to use Leagle under these conditions.
User’s Declarations, Responsibilities, and Commitments
The User explicitly agrees, declares, and undertakes to have read, understood, and to be bound by the terms of this agreement, as well as to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and other relevant legislation.
All source code, data code, and other developments related to the software on the Leagle Mobile Application are protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and other relevant legislation. They may not be copied, reproduced, reverse-engineered, publicly shared, or used for any purpose other than those specified in the terms of use.
The User agrees, declares, and undertakes not to send unsolicited messages, advertisements, or invitations related to Leagle’s products or services to other Users or third parties.
The User agrees, declares, and undertakes not to engage in any actions, operations, or activities that would disrupt, slow down, or block the operation of the Leagle Mobile Application, such as spam, viruses, trojans, or other malicious software, or to have any relationship with third parties engaging in such activities. In such cases, Leagle will seek compensation for damages from the responsible party.
The User accepts that, at Leagle's sole discretion, Leagle may restrict access to all or part of the services for all users at any time due to force majeure, including court orders and technical issues beyond Leagle's control.
Jurisdiction
In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction. This agreement between the parties is considered signed on the date the User registers with Leagle.
